Do you have to acept what your IP says is your contribution payment when you feel it is leaveing you pennyless. I just dont agree with my new payments following a anual review.

There must be a reason why your IP has set these payments - have you had a payrise at all?
Bear in mind that all of your disposable income after your priority payments have been made should be paid across to your IVA.
If you genuinely cannot afford to make these new payments then you need to speak to your IP.

I think you can question it, I would definitely talk directly with your IP and put your view across and listen to the response? x
