I am very guilty of not really looking at any other forums than new questions but as i enjoy the forums more and more I thought I would have a nosey.
Is there anybody from the Lincs area? and do you ever meet up as you all seem to get along with soem great banter

I'm from sunny Sleaford (!!!!!) but like you haven't found many contacts this way...I always read the friends forum for the giggles as much as anything.

Have a look at the Frugal Friends map and you should be able to find out who else is near you!

I could never get myself onto the map Skippy. Don't know if I was doing something daft but I'd go through all the obvious steps, press the button and...nothing!!! Gave up in the end!
