Hi All...Like others we too are facing possible redundancy and today the top dogs from OH firm are having a meeting with Administrators re ...liquidation or.....what.....
I dont suppose we will hear officially but he knows a couple of guys who will be at meeting so is hoping to get a "heads up " phone call at some point today or next couple of days to end our 9 months of not knowing.
If you are the praying type....thanks..if not ..some virtual love and stuff much appreciated.!!!

i HAVE JUST HAD EMAIL FROM OH TO SAY IT IS LOOKING GOOD!!!! Altho nothing definite the future is looking more optimistic. The company is going to call in the Administrators who have been working alongside them for last 3 months and ask them to prepare to sell the complete company as a package...ie all existing staff to be a part of the deal with all existing benefits to go with them. The pensions folk will now take it to the trustees etc but hopefully they will rubberstamp the proposals. It will probably be another few weeks as we all know how slow corporate wheels grind but we are quietly optimistic that OH will be safe. Thanks for everyones support. Will keep you posted. xx
