Hi Admin .... re my problem with the forum in not being able to subscribe to threads. With a little bit of fiddling I have found that if I register with a new name I can subscribe to threads. This leads me to believe the problem is in my profile. If you were to delete this profile would I be able to re register with the same details and hopefully get back my ability to subscribe??

Its worth a try Wizzard ..
If you email me with your new name I will credit your 933 postings and then attempt the impossible, and change the name back to Wizzard and see if you can subscribe. We are as puzzled as you and we have not heard from anyone else having this problem..
Lets hope this works [:D]
Please confirm that you want me to delete your registration.

Well that appeared to work ... all options are now available to me again. Now we'll see if you can complete the process ... but its 994 posts not 933.

I can log in as Wizzard still .... I can no longer use RayS
And, of course having changed back to Wizz I can no longer subscribe to threads. I'm doomed I tell ya, doomed

Perhaps you should alter it to Wizz, or stick with Wizzard with 3 zzz's if this seems to work Ray.

I changed your username from RayS to Wizzzard (with zzz )
Please can you log on with this username and the password you used for RayS and see if you can subscribe.
If you can I need only to transfer the number of postings and your avatar from Wizzard (zz) to Wizzzard (zzz)
Then life will be simple. Everyone will know who you are, and you'll be able to subscribe. [:)]

i quite like the new "wizzzard" name...gives it a sort of panache about it ...a certain
je ne sais qua...or whatever the ohrase is...a definite emphasis....
