Sorry to have a moan..
I can't get them poor french students out of my head.. think i'm going mad... I really can't understand what could make a human being do what they did to these poor people.. I have cried buckets over this..
don't know if anything else underlining why i'm so weepy over this.. (maybe lack of money or don't know).. does anything like this affect other people the same or do you think it may be all the IVA stress of couple of months finding an outlet??

Ang, my mum once watched a programe about starving africans and cried for days about it.
It turned out she was depressed and that just brought it to a head.
She was put on anti depressants even though at the time she didnt feel depressed but after taking them for a few weeks she realised she should have been given them much sooner.

Hi ang. It is dreadful that anyone could be capable of doing this. I too can get affected over things that I see.
I think it is quite possible that the recent stress of setting up the iva and the change in lifestyle that can bring with it can make feel low in yourself.
I can only suggest try not to dwell on anything upsetting, and if you are really low then see your doc. My answer is to turn the telly off and not listen, or read newspapers. Hubby drives all the time and now knows if he sees any accidents not to tell me as I worry about it, if they were ok, and get upset for the families affected . Probably why I never know whats going on but I find it all so depressing at times.

Hi Ang
yes I am very much like that too, whether I am depressed or not. It is much worse when youre feeling low in yourself. I watched a TV programme with my daughter about this fat girl, the other skinnys were horrible and it really upset me. It wasnt even real. If ever one of my friends has a problem I always cry with them about stuff, I just feel peoples pain I think and I want to make it better.
I once read in a magazine article that there is such a thing as having too much empathy, its when other peoples problems cause you too much upset, I decided I had it. Then when I read on I decided I didnt have it as its disabling.
Sometimes when youre low your brain is so negative that it can only work in a negative sense. Maybe you should try the GP, help get the chemical inbalance in check?
Dont be sad, you'll start me off, the bastards that did this will be caught and brought to justice. Those girls ordeal is over for them now, they have gone to a much better place.
