is there any news on the idea I've seen posted regarding a sales, wanted, swap type thing yet?

I'm in desperate need of some larger Cubs trousers for the not so wee one! I have passed my sons old (nearly new) ones to a friend. At £19 a pair I don't thinkg they are cheap.
