Thank god there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
Back in November my IVA was rejected and it was re-presented last week and been accepted, such a weight lifted from me, I am in a joint IVA with hubby and thankfully NR who voted No last year voted yes this year, only 2 out of our 20 creditors voted no, Capital 1 and Morgan Stanley,

thank you, onwards and upwards and never again will I have a loan or credit card, just goes to show how much danger they can get you in, surely life can be better now

You will probably find that after the IVA is completed in 5 years, you will still stick to a pretty tight budget. Thats what we did. Things have got much better for us these days, hubby doing few more hours and a few other things have fallen into place but i still stick to a pretty tight budget and save the rest. It really feels good.
