Hi Vic
We had a mbna card and an egg card and they both voted in favour of our IVA in November 07
Good luck

Our main creditor was HSBC and they voted positively for us. Two HSBC credit cards, a joint overdraft and two loans.

HSBC are currently operating a 40p in the £ hurdle rate, but there may be some signs that this is starting to be relaxed based upon a case by case basis.

We have found that all the creditors mentioned have been open to IVA proposals.
HSBC have made it fairly clear that they are looking for a return of 40p in the pound but as Melanie explains, and Shazzles case shows this may start to become relaxed.
