i wonder if anyone can help nearly 4 years ago myself and my boyfriend started a IVA but today we found out its a pro rota agreement not an IVA but i have nothing that says this? what can i do as we thought we where debit free next year?

What a strange set of circumstances - which firm is your boyfriend with? Surely he must have known that the arrangement was an informal one rather than an IVA?
