IS it possible to arrange an IVA if you have previously been bankrupt , over 20 years ago?

Providing you meet the criteria for an IVA I see no reason why you wouldn't be allowed to apply for an IVA.

There is no rule to say you cannot propose an IVA and given the fact the bankrtupcy was 20years + ago then this should not go against you.
Although you will need to disclose this to your creditors.

Hi i.m
have a look at
www.iva.com for reviews on iva companies or post more info about your current situation ie; do you own a home, if so how much equity and your disposable income, current creditors and I am sure you will get some expert advice
