im in an iva and im getting married will this affect my payments will my husband have to pay towards my iva

The only thing that may be affected is your disposible income,as two can usually live for less than one.Your IP will need to know your new husbands income so that they can make sure that you are paying a fair propoertion towards the household bills.For example if you earn 40% of the total income and your husband 60% then you should pay 40% of the household bills.If your disposible income increases then your IVA payments will increase.
Your new husband will not be liable for your debts or IVA.
