Just applied for an IVA and a wee bit happier about my situation. I suppose my debts can be traced back to the suicide of my partner 5 years ago, and I went a bit mad from that point onwards. My question is I am concerned about MBNA. I have googled like you do, and I am worried that they could scupper any agreement I might be entering.

Hi eveningstar,
MBNA were one of my husbands creditors and we got our IVA approved

Do they hold more than 25% of your aggregate debt?
