With you having 2 creditors with Lloyds being 96% of the debt, an IVA would not be for you. Is the Mastercard also with Lloyds?
Have you discussed the repayments to your loan with Lloyds?

Think the easiest answer will be speaking to Lloyds and reschedule the loan over a longer period to make your repayments more manageable.

LLoyds are currently rejecting IVA's were they have more than 75% of the total debt, so I am afraid an IVA is a non starter.
You will need to contact them directly and they will to re-structure them for you over a longer term.
