on average 4-8 weeks, but beaware sometimes he can be as long as 12 weeks.

I was lucky with mine, I could of had mine within 4 weeks, but i had to wait to sell my house before i started the IVA, in total for me it was 12 weeks, but that was only becuase of the house, i had the creditors the day after completion.

I suppose alot will depend on how busy your IP is and how quick the creditors respond to your IP

Hi rt. If you have sent your proposal back then I would think you will hear quite quickly, obviously some will depend on how quickly they send the proposal out and some time has to be given for creditors to peruse and make a decision, mine went back at the beginning of the month and my meeting was at the end.

They where very professional on meeting day as well. My meeting was booked for 12.30pm my husbands 12.45pm and clearstart telephoned with the good news at 12.48pm. Brilliant !!

Hi R.t
I changed my telephone number at home, so had no calls at all. Everything just came in the post and was much better to deal with, cause I just forwarded it to Clearstart.

I changed my home telephone number too, and I never got any calls. All correspondence was by post, which was a god send. I could not have coped with them ringing me 24/7.
