Hi avt and welcome to the forum

That will be down to the discretion of the Official Receiver and your bank, but if you are not overdrawn at present I feel that it is very likely that you will be able to keep the account.

I was allowed to keep my bank account when I went BR - the OR had no interest in it, and Lloyds were happy for me to keep it. If the OR informs your bank that they have no interest in the account it's down to the discretion of your bank. Who do you bank with?

Sadly I can't take the credit for it - I got it from the late Bob Woolmer's website.
