I am seeking a second oppinion with regards to resolve my IVA early with the help of a third party. This would mean that my dividend put on the table to resolve it would be 32pence in the pound. My IVA practitioner keeps rejecting this offer because I have equity in my property. However, my income will not allow me to afford to re-mortgage and the third party offer is the best I can do. Would this early settlement of a dividend of 32pence in the pound be a reasonable offer and what reasonable chance do I have of my creditors accepting it? Also can I move my IVA to another practitioner to resolve this if I can not come to an agreement with the one I have?

Hi m2067 and welcome to the forum

What dividend were you originally offering?

Was an equity release during the fourth or final year part of your original offer?

Why do you want to offer an early settlement?

I am afraid that you cannot move IPs once your IVA has been accepted, unless under very special circumstances such as the retirement of your IP or if they leave the employ of the firm they are working with.
