if i go bankrupt will property on my wife name be seized if we live together?
and how does it work if we are separate?

Is the property your wifes property or yours? Are both your names on the deeds?

Would need more info before could advise...
How long have you been together?
Is there equity in the property?
Who's name are on the deeds?
Who is the main wage earner?
Just because the property is in your wifes name, doesnt automatically mean it would be excluded from you bankruptcy.
Even if you split an official receiver in bankruptcy could investigate the last 5 years and reverse any transactions.
