I've had a 'debt management plan' for the past 8 years now, can I stop this and go on to an IVA? If so do I have to stay with the same company as manages the debt plan?

Hi Rachael and welcome to the forum

How much are you paying into your DMP, and how much are your remaining debts in total?

Hi
If you decide that an IVA is right for you then you can stop the DMP and go with a different company if you so wish

Hi Rachael,

Could you provide a little more information, for instance, how much are your debts? Who are your creditors? what is your disposable income (income - general living expenses)? Do you have any sizable assets eg. a house?

Once we have this information we can advise further on your situation.

Best Regards,
