we owe somewhere in the region of 63k, our monthly income is £3300, my outgoings without the (63k) is estimated at £2300 (mortgage sec/loan..bills..petrol..clothes kids dinner money, what do you think my iva payments would be.....

I assume you have debts between both of you ? If so, you would both be in IVAs, and the IVAs would take up substantially the whole of your residual earnings, so you're looking at paying the best part of £1,000 per month.
If you want to cut this down, make sure that you have ALL your expenditure listed on your budget. THe IP looking at your IVA will soon tell you if a particular item of expenditure will not be allowed in the budget.

Also look into a debt management plan as you will be able to repay your debts in full,in just over five years,if you could get the interest frozen.
