can you get out of iva i have been in iva for two years i offered to pay 7200 to pay of early but had no reply getting loan of friend q2 can i go back to arrangement with creditors my debt company not very helpfull ta

Which IP firm are you with? It is not acceptable for them not to reply to your correspondence.

Welcome to the forum
You can settle an IVA early subject to creditor approval.
You need to get hold of you IP an sort this.

I would try contacting your I.P firm again and again until you get some clear advice as to what figure you can offer for a F&F settlement.

I suggest that you write to the Supervisor of your IVA (the Insolvency Practitioner working for the IVA company), and tell them that you had no reply to your previous letter, please reply within 14 days, if you've heard nothing by then, write another letter warning them that if they continue to fail to reply to your earlier correspondence within another 14 days you will make a formal complaint to their authorising body. This tends to get them on your case quickly !
