I have just had my iva approved on 7th Jan . Everything went ok . I have a debt which was included in the iva (original debt to Littlewoods, but is been passed around to alot of collection agencies. There are 3 companies saying to me that they own the debt . Constant letters phonecalls etc. Its doing my head in . Ive explained regardless who owes the debt the amount was included in my iva . Why is always me having to sort it out ringing here and there to speak to people who say our that debt is definately ours you need to tell the other companies that it is , when i do they then say no no no its ours . Its the only debt out of 17 in total im having a problem with since my iva approval. Anyone have any ideas on what to do !!!

As you say that your IVA has been approved - leave this to your IP to sort out. That is what he/she is being paid to do.

Anything to do with Littlewoods seems to be a pain in the bum! They don't seem to understand IVAs or BR and I know there's a couple of others on here who've had problems with them.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

Hi
Just to agree with Skippy,we hear many stories of Littlewoods taking ages to acknowledge that you are in an IVA.
However you have nothing to worry about as they are part of your IVA so I wouldn't even bother getting into deep conversations withy them.Ask them to contact your IP,give details and put the phone down
