HI...
ive just read that when starting an iva you need to produce your loan agreements... is this correct?
i have no idea where mine are and have my first formal phone interview tomorrow

i didnt have to produce any agreements, just the final figures to creditors

thx 2yi.. i hope this is the case as ive just read it took somebody months to get copies from the banks..

A good IP will thoroughly research your case, and this does involve looking at loan agreements. Copies are easily obtained from the bank.

hi mel.. would the ip be willing to agree to to take the case on whist i try to obtain agreements?

I am sure that they would - it is usual for some documents to take longer than others to be produced, but obvioulsy the case cannot be finalised until these items are properly verified.

I could only find 1 of my 2, they were happy with a confirmed figure for the 2nd. I just sent everything I had and it wasn't a problem.
