If i have a linked IVA and I owe a lot lower amount than my partner, if I was to get a windfall of a substantial amount do I just clear my link or does it all have to go in the pot?
The windfall will relate to your IVA only, but you could any left over money with your partner to enable them to offer an early settlement.
