Hi encyber, and welcome to the forums [:)]
IVA's are individual, but there can be interlocking IVA's which work alongside each other. One of the experts will be along soon to give you more information.

Hi and welcome. My husband and I have what you could call interlocking iva's. The income and expenditure is assessed as one, there is one monthly payment and one proposal. the voting of the creditors is done individually. Ours is working well with no problems.

If you are in business as partners, then you could do a joint arrangement called a Partnership Voluntary Arrangement, but I guess that this may not apply to you. And in any case these only deal with partnership debts, so in reality they are actually quite rare.
