Hello again all, i rang payplan this morning as my review is due feb/march timne - i thought id look keen to help the process along a little by asking for income/expenditure forms now to get it all filled in and the ball rolling.
Been told by them that this yr there is no need - it will be a ten minute call made at some point - no pay slips or p60 to send off or outgoings etc - just seems a little weird to me - has anyone done it this way yet? what are they likely to ask - i usually get a little nervous this time of year so have a copy of my income and outgoig spreadsheet that i have done for myself on my at all times awaiting that call!

I find it hard to beleive that they are not verifying any of the information they are required to as part of the annual review process, but if they are prepared to stand behind that then it makes life a little easier for you I guess.

Hi
I am also with Payplan, hopefully not for much longer if they accept my full and final offer.
I had my review in November last year they rang me at the end of September and said i could do it over the phone I said i preferred the receive the income and outgoings list so I knew what i had put down rather than doing it there and then over the phone, they sent me the forms and I sent payslips etc.
I would just say that you prefer to fill in the forms.
Best Wishes
Debs

Hi, I've just actually had my annual review telephone call tonight. Whole thing took less than 10 minutes going over income and expenditure. I have to send in my last 3 payslips and P60 to verify my earnings, then sign the amended income & expenditure sheet. Luckily my payments will remain the same.
Regards
Janey

Hi
This looks as if it could be the first sign of IVA providers cutting service/costs as a direct result of the squeeze on IP fees imposed by the creditors.

I wouldn't feel happy with that - I like to have things in writing!

This is my first visit to this site so hello everyone.
Best thing I ever did was to set up IVA all my financial worries have gone only had one creditor chasing me the infamous Westcott company, but they have now been silenced, thanks to Payplan.
Have just had my 1st review over the phone with them very painless. Have found them to be very helpful and considerate to my needs.
luckily have not had to increase my payments.Well only 48 more payments.

just had the review this evening - they have kept payments the same monthly but i can only keep first 500 of my march bonus - better than a kick in the teeth i guess, also had a good old chat about renting and payplan have also offered to be a reference if need be.

I would encourage all reviews to be conducted on paper so that there is no misunderstanding on the available surplus.
