I am unsure of who all of my creditors are. How do I find this out?
Can an IVA be done together as a couple. As my husband and I have a separate and joint debts?

Hi there and welcome to the forum. You can do an iva which is interlocking, not joint, but there is one proposal one I and E, and one monthly payment. Voting thopugh is done seperatly.
Finding out who your creditors are i would maybe get a credit report and see what is on there. Do you not know who they are or is it just the amounts owed to them you dont know. You will gert lots of help and advice so please ask any questions you have.

Hello d.j.h,

There is no such thing as a joint IVA, but as already mentioned above two people can have their IVA proposals interlock with each other eventhough their IVA's will be voted on seperately.

If you are not sure of who your creditors are you can always ask for a copy of your credit report either through experian or equifax and then you will know who you owe money to and what amount.
