If you dont mind posting more details of how much your debt is (only unsecured debts) and who to, what your income is and what is left after paying your living expenses, dont include debt payments though. Then it will be easier to give advice on what best solutions there may be for you.

Your current living arrangement would not affect you being eligiable for an IVA. To find out whether you are eligable we would need you to provide some more information. Who are your creditors? How much do you owe? What is your monthly disposable income (income minus living expenses)?
