Hi I got a letter today from jefferson Hobbs in s****horpe it was a bit frighteneing it simple said "We would be grateful if you would call this office on a free phone number to discuss an issue that I should be aware of" Looking at your site I think they will want to get me to remortgage shold I ring them or ignore the letter I am half way through my IVA and happy with my company

Hi ther and welcome to the forum.
I think you are right, they are just looking for business. I had a similar letter, probably getting details from the insolvency register. I just threw it away, I dont even own a house ! If you are happy with your iva then you have no need to ring them.

Hi, my hubby regularly recieved letters off that company. I would just throw it away if i were you.

from what i have read on this site, i would throw the letter away or save it for 5th november

no matter how bad money gets, theirs stll alot more important things in life
