Just wanted to say that me n hubbie are feeling a lot better now that things are moving along with our IVA application. We are going with Melanies team and have to say to anyone out there who is wondering who to use. They have been so helpful and efficient and having spoken to Melanie herself last night at 9.25 !!! to confirm that we are happy in what we are doing, I personally feel more positive now about the future. She is such a professional who never seems to switch off, not for long anyway. The proposal should be with us early next week thank goodness, as the Creditor phone calls are getting a little more demanding now for information etc. Sorry to say that I snapped at Barclaycard this am, they rang at 8am which isn't a problem timewise, but the attitude of the person was not very nice. Anyway, onward and upwards. We are determined to make the IVA work, (if its successful) and personally I am looking forward to budgeting properly for the first time in our lives. Will breathe a huge sigh of relief when this mess is sorted.

Hi stoney
Glad to hear things are going well and moving along. You will be fine with Melanie. The creditor calls can get a bit bothersome but I just went into robot mode and gave them the info. I found once the proposal reached them that a lot of the calls stopped, so hopefully you wont have them for much longer.
