I am lodging with a friends mum, if I take out an Iva will it affect her house or credit in anyway.

Hi
No it should not.
If there are any problems she could write to the credit reference agencies and ask for a note of disassociation to be placed on her file,however I am sure that this will not be needed

Hi Jake,
If you enter into an IVA this will not affect your friends mum in anyway, as the debt is in your name. However sometimes credit report companies can accidently associate a debt with others using the same address, if this happens she can just disassociate herself from your debts.
