Hi.
If during the year you dont take all your holidays, and your employer pays you for them at the end of the year, do you have to hand this over to your IP ??

i could be wrong , but i would imagine it would be classed as overtime
no matter how bad money gets, theirs stll alot more important things in life

Be careful - I work in the Construction Industry ( I assume all work conditions relating to holidays are the same) you have to take all due holidays, you cannot accept payment for any unused days or carry the days over to a new year

Check with your ip, as I had this situation of days I did not use and got paid for, but it could be different with clearstart.
Best check with them
