Hi, if I am taking legal action action over bank and credit card charges, can I include these companies in an IVA in the interim?
Also,
If I make an agreement now with a debt collection agency, can this be superceded by an IVA?

you can, but if you do reclaim any money then this money is seen as windfall and so the money must go in to the IVA.
I havent done this, because whats the point in going in time and effort and if you do win you wont see any of the money.
no matter how bad money gets, theirs stll alot more important things in life

Hi
Your IVA will overide any agreements that you have made with creditors
