Hi
My IVA was approved on the 27th December and I still continue to get a few letters chasing payment and demand letter. I know I am legally protected now. But what should I do with these letters ??
Also I cannot beleive just how little post I am getting now, even though its less than a month since my iva was approved.

When I got mu IVA, DFD told me to sent the letters to them. So you might send your letters to your IP.
Yes it is great when the letters stop.
I am not a number I am a free man

Forward them to your IP.

Hi Caraf,
You are probably still receiving these letters because the fact that you are now in an IVA hasn't filtered through to the relevant departments yet. This sometimes takes a month or so.
As the other posters have suggested, forward the letters to your IP - they should stop soon.
Kind regards,
Terry Balfour
