We usually ask for information from our clients in the two months leading up to the anniversaryn but other IP's may have differing views. At the end of the day, they have until two months after your anniversary to file their report, so there is still plenty of time.

If it's any consolation James we didn't get our annual review until June/July which was approx 2/3 months after the IVA anniversary date so I shouldn't worry too much unless you need to make substantial chnages to your I&E.

Hiya,
I don't know about you but the annual reviews made me feel anxious. You are a brave person if you will admit when you circumstances change and your income falls, I just got on with it in silence for fear of what might happen if I spoke up again. To be honest the one time I did raise a change of circumstances with my IP's firm I didn't find them supportive; and just got offered to enter into Bannkruptcy!! Hence, I am so glad it's all over now and I have completed my IVA. Hope things go well for you.
