i am a self employed taxi driver licenced by my local council.i have been on a debt management plan for the last 6 months and i am still struggling to pay my mortgage and other debts.i am now on the verge of declaring myself bankrupt and was wondering if my taxi licence could be taken off me if i did so.i have spoken to the council and they informed me that they would not take my licence away but the administrators could stop me from trading.could you please tell me if this is the case. thanks for your help.
