hi .. i will be on the process of applying for an iva , but my questions is what will be the appropriate action if your creditors will contact you on your mobile phone ..will they make some threatening remarks and sort of like that ??/

Hi
Knowledge is king.
Spend time on this forum and you will have the confidence to deal with all your creditors.
Many threaten action that simply will not happen.
If you go down the route of an IVA you are taking steps to tackle your debt and creditors should acknowledge that.

Hi Jo
Generally if they ring they will just try to push to get payment from you, it is their job, and as with all people they will vary, some are really pleasant and understanding and some will say anything they think will work to get some money from you. Just stay polite but firm and refer them to your IP. After a couple you sort of get used to it, though its not something you enjoy. Any worries and someone on the forum will always be around to offer support.
