I was reading through my BR forms today and I have realised that I have to declare all credit cards held in the last 2 years. My problem is that I don't know the full details of all the cards as I have got in such a mess, and I don't have statements for them. I think I know most of them (obviously the ones in the IVA!), but there are a couple I think I had and never used. I know there are no balances (I haven't had any letters), but I don't know what to put on the form - any advice would be gratefully received!

I've also realised I don't have the numbers of the Switch cards for the accounts that were included in the IVA - I cut them up and returned them to Natwest - this is getting worse!

If you had the cards and didn't use them then they were never debts and do not need to be disclosed. Stick with those which were detailed in your IVA proposal.

The OR does not really need the Switch card numbers - it is the bank accounts to which those cards relate which is important.

You are worrying about unimportant things again - but best to post if you are unsure!

Thanks Melanie. Yep, I'm worrying again, but I have had a couple of good nights sleep since you answered my post the other night - thanks!
