If my partner takes out an IVA, will I still be able to take out a loan?
Your partner's IVA shouldn't affect your ability to get credit. If you think that it is affecting you (and this sometimes does happen even though it shouldn't) you will need to contact the credit agencies (Experian and Equifax) and tell them to disassociate you from your partner's debts.
