My husband & I have separated recently, he pays mortgage £450 & maintenance £200 (3 children)a month. Would both these payments be allowed on an IVA? Thank you.

Assuming that you mean in the event that your husband were to propose an IVA, then yes these payments would need to be taken account of within his income and expenditure account.
Do you work? If so, he should only be expected to pay a proportion towards the mortgage based upon his earnings compared to yours, unless you have a Matrimonial Consent Order which states otherwise.
