Hi All
Just wanted to share with you my good news.
I was signed off from my Psychiatric Counsellor on Friday
I have been warned though that any dark thoughts i need to go back to them.
I just wanted to thank everyone for their help during the last month, i dont think i could have done it without you.

I will be trying to get first steps sorted this week for my IVA so will be contacting Thomas Charles who i am hoping (more like praying!!!) will help me.

I meant to post this on Saturday and thought i had but i dont know what i did but it didn't post!!!

Oliver can you give me any details on how i contact Douglas, what time does the office shut/open and also a number?

Really well done. Do take their advice if the dark thoughts reappear but hopefully this is the first step in tetaking control of your life.

You can ring Thomas Charles freephone number 0800 0725988 and ask if Douglas can ring you back. They may take a few brief details but won't discuss anything major. Its just to give Douglas a bit of background info for when he calls you back.

Hi Zoe

Just read more of this thread, fantastic news about your councilor, I'm glad things are getting better for you.

The office is open from 9am - 8pm Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm Friday and 11am - 3pm Saturday and Sunday.

Doug's hours are slightly more erratic as he works flexi hours to suit his clients.

Ha ha, I've already discussed your case with Doug and the word "erratic" was never used. Doug is an excellent adviser and very easy to talk to. I'm confident that he is the right man to assist you in coming to terms with your debt difficulties.

Just spoke with Doug and he doesn't seem to have received an email from you. If you can please call into the office and someone can take your details and get Doug to call you after 4pm. The number is 0800-072-5988 and it is a freephone number.
