HI
Had a letter from my IP requesting an extra payment of £322.38 within ten days, due to extra earned income. After a call to the IPs office and a brief discussion I have received a letter stating that "no additional monies are due this quarter".
My point is that you must challenge your IP when you feel that they are acting unethically or they have made a mistake. Most IVAs once set up are "run"by a cleric with limited ability and knowledge of the IVA.
You can request to update your income and expenditure at any time, not just at the annual review.
Unfortnately I am not a great fan of the majority of IPs and think that they are purely driven by money first, best advice/practice second
