Can you believe we've had my little man for 2 years today? It's gone so quickly, and despite a few little 'issues' (remember the pond weed?!?!) I wouldn't be without him.
Today has been designated his birthday, and I think he was quite happy with his knitted catnip balls, but the catnip kipper wasn't as good!

Hi Harry, I just wanted to say happy birthday from me, Coley... You are lucky to have a lovely Mummy and so brave giving up the weed. My Mummy did that.
I am a bit poorly at the moment. I smacked a cat who was pretending to be a little bit nice on my garden, I think he smacked me back with his teeth on my leg... Anyway its very sore, nasty, 'pinning me down and hurting my leg' cream isnt working so Mummy is taking me to the vet tomorrow, well she thinks she is. I have seen the vet box and I not going in. If anyone leaves a window open I am going through it. I think the vet has spiteful cream or even worse hateful needles and I am NOT having it.
Have a fabby birthday and enjoy the balls..
Love
munchy, gorgeous, sweetie, poorly boy Cole.

Aww thanks
I couldnt take him to the vet as the only appointment they had was for 4 oclock. I am having national grid round this afternoon, very long story. My gas meter isnt registering the gas I am using as the pressure is too low., Every man they have sent out to rectify the problem ' cant touch those with yellow stickers on them' So its been ten months with free gas (although I have paid the DDebit). Lynne (we are on first name terms now) after 10 months of waiting in for nothing, has finally arranged for the national grid to sort out the problem. Not that it was a problem for me. i think she would probably kill me if I went out.
So I spoke with the vet who said its probably a little abcess on the little leg. My son will pick up the medicine for me. I have an appointment for tomorrow morning.
Colr seems fine in himself, didnt like being pinned down and isnt keen on being kept in.
I hope Harry had good birthday.

Hi there. Just an update on Cole
He has a secondary infection to what started as an allergy. He has always had occaisional flare ups in his skin. They gave him steriods and AB therapy for two weeks and then I have to take him back if there is no improvemnt. I hope I dont have to go back its a mission, I got there over an hour early. I allowed time to get lost on these lanes, as I do very frequently. I hoped they would see us early but no, one dog came up and barked at him. He spat right back as if to say, "you vile mutt.. I am on my last nerve and you have to come up and get on it".
He will be fine, no more sleeping in the barn until its all better.

Bless him! I hope he's feeling better soon. Harry sends his love and says to make the most of it and make sure he's spoilt more than normal!
