I received my Clear Start to DFD transfer letter yesterday. However, what did catch my eye was the new registered address of Clear Start - which is now exactly the same as Eversheds' Manchester office.

So are Clear Start, DFD, & Eversheds one & the same [?]

I do not think that there is any connection, but you do raise an interesting point! I will delve into this further and report back.

How interseting ... surely that can't be a coincidence ... and what are the implications I wonder?

It would appear a number of businesses reside at this address for example cisco http://www.cisco.com/web/UK/index.html have offices there, see the footer on their page!

My guess is it is just a drop of point for registered office addresses, and it is all just a coincidence.
