If I have an IVA and I have been diagnosed with Parkinson's Desease which means that have to take early retirement because I am not able to do my job. My pension will not be payable for another 3 years--what do I do?

Hey michael, really sorry to hear that. I think you need to speak to your IP as soon as possible as you really need to think about your quality of life, not how you are going to fund the IVA. Hang in there, an expert will be along shortly. Viki X

An IVA will not be a suitable solution for you if your income is uncertain into the future. If you have no assets which would be captured under bankruptcy proceedings, this might be a better option.
