Hi, just a question cause i am really worried, i am in an iva and recently just realised that i have another bank account which i have had for some years that my brother uses to put cash in and use as his girlfriend does not like him having his own money. I just thought would my IVA be affected by his deposits and withdrawls as this money has nothing to do with me but will my IP see it that way? i completly forgot until i saw an email from that bank n now i am worried my ip knows and will fail me because of this. Do you think they have checked? and should i tell them about this, not sure what to do.

This will not affect your IVA - but I think that you should get your brother to get a bank account of his own to put this money into.
