Hi All

I am in a total mess wiht money up to my eyes in debt robbing peter to pay paul so i think the only thing i can do now is go for an iva

I have to sometimes countersign cheques at work would an iva effect this ? i dint have access to the bank accounbt or any dealings with it as its the companies i just put a second signaute on the cheques.

I dont want work to know i am in this mess so thats why i'm asking

does any one know please

An IVA will have absolutely no effect on your ability to sign cheques at work. Do try and take some professional advice soon before this problem becomes any worse. It doesn't cost anything, and once you have off-loaded some of the issues you will feel a lot better.

i have made some enquiries but today they said at work I had to sign the mandate tomorrow and that got me thinking
