Unless anybody knows or suspects and goes on to check, I wouldn't worry.
My secret is still safe at the moment and I am the only person with my name on there!
Hubbies is hidden amongst a few others (I always said he was common!)

It depends - ours went on about three weeks after the court case. Some have gone on sooner, and some later.
I just checked every so often till I saw it. Shan't check again now until my IVA is finished.

We have been in our IVA for nearly two years now and my husband's name is on it but mine isn't. That's weird!

Urgh oh, it's really sinking in today i think. It's going to be really tough going from now on. Couple of people know,oh i don't care, i've made a plan to pay off my debts.

That's it Quark - be positive! You are on that road to debt freedom now. It will be tough at times, but just think about the end of it and how you will be able to start again.

Terrific positive attitude Quark, hubby and I are on there and we're the only two with our surname eek! Nobody has mentioned it to us and believe me I looked once and vowed the next time I looked would be to check we'd been removed on completion of IVA.
