my husband is about to recieve his IVA proposal, and we've heard that recently Northern Rock have been voting yes most of the time. has anyone else heard this? this information came from an IP.

It is fair to say that Northern Rock certainly appear to be accepting more IVAs than they were this time last year, and they have stated that they are supporters of the IVA protocol so as long as your proposal is presented along the lines of the protocol, and it represents the best route for Northern Rock to be repaid, it ought to be viewed favourably.
