Hi. I am new to this forum. Looks like I will have to go into an IVA, but would like to know where I stand regarding a company credit card I use for business expenses. It's a corporate liability card, only business expenses are charged to it and the balance is cleared monthly. Unfortunately, it's issued by a company which will be one of my creditors. Has anyone any idea how the card company is likely to react and if I would need to involve my employer? Any advice would be greatfully received

Hi maxie

If the card is fully paid for my your employer, then you may retain it for the duration of the IVA, but it clearly cannot be used for the taking of personal credit.

Hi Melanie,
Thanks for the reply, we are in process of sending back to you the completed IVA form on line, hoping this will be accepted by yourself.
I cannot thank people enough who have posted on this site they have answered so many questions we were frighted to ask !

Thanks again
Maxie
