Hi,
Does anyone know if entering into an iva will mean that I will no longer be allowed a company credit card? The card is charged to the company but it has my name on it. As an individual I would not be allowed credit but would the card company run checks on the company's registered users?
I'm not in one at the moment and was hoping to keep it quiet if it does go ahead, but should I mention it to the company just in case?

Hello

I am not sure if this helps or not but i am in an IVA and i have got a company card, and if your company is anything like the one i work for they wont run checks as all of the items i buy on it have to go to my manger for approval before it gets paid off.

I hope this helps but it may be different for your company

Thanks Sarah.
Mine is used for expenses such as fuel and hotels etc. It sounds similar as I have to submit my receipts with the bill each month to the finance director.

So long as your employers are footing the bill directly, there should be no problem in retaining the card.
